Client Sales Coordinator – Personal Assistance Services (PAS)

Location: Plano, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Sales Coordinator to join our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) team. This position is responsible for building relationships with prospective clients and families, conducting outreach, coordinating consultations, and helping families understand how our non-medical personal assistance services can support their loved ones.

The ideal candidate is comfortable talking with families, building professional relationships, following up consistently, and helping turn inquiries into new clients. This is a relationship-driven sales role, so strong communication and follow-through are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, families, senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
Conduct outreach calls, follow-ups, and in-person visits to generate new client opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate meet-and-greets, assessments, and client consultations.
Explain PAS services, availability, scheduling options, and service expectations to prospective clients and families.
Follow up with leads throughout the intake and decision-making process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, contacts, and sales activity.
Meet established outreach and sales goals, including daily/weekly contact expectations.
Identify opportunities to increase services for existing clients when appropriate.
Work closely with the Operations and Staffing teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospective client to active client.
Participate in community events, networking opportunities, presentations, and marketing activities.
Represent the organization professionally and positively in the community.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, senior living, home care, personal assistance services, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with families and referral partners.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn company systems and software.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for community outreach and client meetings.
Must be able to pass required background and employment screening.

Converting qualified inquiries into new PAS clients.
Developing strong relationships with families and referral partners.
