Full Job Description

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Alliance America's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen client relationships, and position Alliance America as a trusted authority in retirement, estate, tax, insurance, and wealth planning.

Working closely with company leadership and the web development team, the Marketing Manager will oversee advertising, content strategy, client communications, AI initiatives, and digital marketing efforts designed to educate consumers and support the continued growth of the organization.

Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Recommend innovative marketing ideas and initiatives.

Advertising & Lead Generation

Develop and oversee digital advertising campaigns.
Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and return on investment.
Coordinate landing pages and marketing funnels with the web development team.

Content Marketing

Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Coordinate the creation of educational articles, guides, newsletters, videos, and other marketing materials.
Work with company leadership to transform industry expertise into consumer-friendly educational content.
Ensure all content supports the Alliance America brand and marketing objectives.

Brand Management

Maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
Ensure messaging reflects the company's values and mission.
Assist in developing and refining the Alliance America brand.
Coordinate branding across websites, social media, advertising, and client communications.

Social Media

Develop and manage the company's social media strategy.
Coordinate educational and promotional content across multiple platforms.
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to expand audience reach.

Email Marketing

Develop and manage client and prospect email campaigns.
Create automated marketing sequences and follow-up campaigns.
Coordinate monthly newsletters and educational communications.
Support long-term client engagement through ongoing communication.

Educational Resources

Coordinate the development of consumer guides, checklists, booklets, white papers, downloadable resources, presentations, and webinar materials.

Video & Multimedia

Coordinate the planning and production of educational video content.
Assist with scripting, production planning, and content distribution.
Repurpose video content into articles, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

AI & Emerging Technologies

Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and productivity.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI in advertising, content creation, and client engagement.
Stay informed regarding emerging AI technologies and marketing trends.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor marketing performance across all channels.
Track website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on data and performance metrics.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Web Development Manager to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented online.
Coordinate with leadership regarding marketing priorities and business objectives.
Support other departments with marketing materials and promotional initiatives as needed.

Website Coordination

Provide direction regarding website messaging, calls-to-action, landing page objectives, user experience, educational content, lead generation strategy, and marketing priorities while the Web Development Manager oversees technical implementation.

Knowledge Management

Organize and maintain the company's library of marketing assets and educational content.
Identify opportunities to repurpose existing materials into new marketing campaigns.
Build a long-term library of articles, videos, presentations, newsletters, and educational resources.

Thought Leadership Development

Work with company leadership to identify emerging planning topics, client concerns, industry trends, and educational opportunities.
Transform real-world expertise into articles, videos, newsletters, presentations, social media content, and educational campaigns that build credibility and consumer trust.

Other Duties

Assist with special projects as assigned.
Recommend new marketing initiatives that support company growth.
Continue developing knowledge of digital marketing, AI technologies, and consumer behavior.

Success in This Role

Increase qualified lead generation.
Improve advertising performance and conversion rates.
Expand Alliance America's online presence and brand recognition.
Produce consistent, high-quality educational content.
Strengthen client engagement through effective communication.
Improve website and marketing conversions.
Support the continued growth of Alliance America and its affiliated companies.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
