MON- FRI

1st Shift - 6:30am- 3:00pm

2nd Shift- 2:00pm- 10:00pm

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, following detailed technical drawings and schematics. This role is vital to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to safety standards. Duties

Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial tools to meet precise specifications.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble products according to manufacturing documentation.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to verify component dimensions and assembly accuracy.
Perform soldering, welding, or fabrication tasks as required by assembly specifications.
Operate pneumatic tools, machining equipment, and forklifts safely within warehouse or manufacturing settings.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process using shop math and measurement techniques to ensure product integrity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and safety guidelines.
Assist in the interpretation of production documents and update assembly records as necessary.
Support warehouse activities including material handling, inventory management, and shipping preparations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments; warehouse experience is a plus.
Proficiency with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and production documents.
Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
Mechanical knowledge including fabrication, welding, soldering, and the use of hand tools or power tools.
Ability to perform shop math accurately for measurements and calculations related to assembly tasks.
Familiarity with pneumatic tools, machining processes, welding techniques, and specialized industrial equipment.
Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes.
Good manual handling skills combined with an understanding of safety procedures related to PPE use.
