OxeFit is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered fitness technology. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, visually engaging, and mobile-first digital experiences.
As part of our Software Development team, you will collaborate closely with Engineers, AI teams, and other designers to create beautiful, user-centered interfaces across OxeFit's ecosystem—including our mobile applications, web applications, and connected fitness products. While a strong understanding of user experience principles is important, this role places a significant emphasis on modern UI design, visual consistency, and designing intuitive experiences for AI-enabled products.

Essential Functions:
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for OxeFit AI Wellness Companion app, web, and connected fitness products, including XS1 and XP1.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive, modern, and visually engaging interfaces across iOS, Android, tablet, web, and connected fitness platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand target audiences, identify pain points, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Define the structure, organization, and navigation of product content and features to create clear and intuitive user experiences.
- Apply strong UI/UX principles across layout, typography, color, spacing, iconography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design to ensure consistency across devices and platforms.
- Simplify complex AI-powered features into accessible, seamless user experiences in collaboration with Engineers, and AI teams.
- Maintain and contribute to OxeFit’s design system, UI components, visual standards, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Create and maintain developer-ready, high-fidelity designs and assets in Figma, effectively communicating design intent and interaction behaviors to engineering teams
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field
- Strong understanding and experience in fitness
- Proven experience in UI/UX design (UI>UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Significant experience with Figma
- Experience designing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered products, conversational AI, personalization, or intelligent software experiences.
- Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system or component library.
