Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Summary This is an independent contractor position for marketing to individuals that do real estate transactions for both single family residences and multifamily residences including Real Estate Agents and apartment complex leasing agents to get the Referral Partners to refer residents that need electricity and internet set up by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Travel to apartment complexes and build relationships with leasing agents and managers.
Follow up with those leasing agents and managers to get them to refer new move ins.
Call prospective clients to qualify leads and explain type of service offered.
Enters names, addresses, and other pertinent information of prospects into CRM.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, ask for further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Prepare reports on sales activities
Performs related duties as assigned from time to time at company’s discretion.

Education and/or Experience
No prior experience or training.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and others of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet Software, Microsoft Word Processing Software and CRM.

Other Skills and Abilities
75% or more of the time is spent directly marketing to Referral Partners, and approximately 25% of the time is spent in front of a computer performing tasks.
