About Us

Ultra Care Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that operates last-mile delivery across three active Amazon DSP stations. We're building a disciplined, safety-first, efficient and family oriented logistics operation. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Regional Performance & Capacity Manager to lead our delivery operations performance strategy. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving our daily scorecard standing, managing capacity planning to ensure route reliability, and driving continuous operational improvement across our delivery team.

The Role

This role blends operations leadership, hands-on data coordination and ownership. You will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and leading daily logistics operations to ensure consistent delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and high-quality service across all active stations. This role works closely with the Operations, Fleet, and Recruiting Managers, as well as other operational departments, to maintain alignment across staffing, fleet readiness, driver performance, delivery execution, and operational standards.

The position serves as a key point of coordination between field operations and management, identifying operational challenges, developing solutions, monitoring performance, and ensuring that company objectives and delivery expectations are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

Scorecard & Performance Management

Monitor daily Delivery Excellence Scorecard results across Safety, Quality, and Team & Fleet categories
Analyze metric trends (DCR, DSB, POD, On-Road Safety, CDF, etc.) and identify root causes of performance gaps
Develop and execute action plans to achieve and maintain a consistent Fantastic Plus standing — this is the standard, not the goal
Conduct daily one-on-one and group coaching sessions with Delivery Associates to address performance trends, reinforce best practices, and drive accountability at the individual level

Capacity Planning & Reliability

Own the Enhanced Capacity Planning (ECP) process — maintain accurate available capacity entries in the DSP Portal for current and upcoming weeks
Monitor Capacity Reliability scores daily and take immediate corrective action to minimize DSP-dropped routes and Amazon-paid cancels
Maintain a minimum 115% daily Capacity Reliability target across all operations — proactively identify and resolve gaps before they impact route fulfillment
Support workforce planning and ensure staffing levels are aligned with current and projected delivery volume.

Operations & Team Leadership

Partner with dispatchers, trainers, recruiters, and operations managers to align staffing, fleet, and scheduling with performance goals
Serve as the primary point of contact with Amazon Station Managers and Leads to ensure operational alignment, address station-level concerns, and maintain a strong working relationship
Lead daily stand-up briefings and team communications on daily scorecard results and performance priorities
Deliver structured daily coaching to Delivery Associates based on the previous day's performance data — recognizing top performers and providing corrective guidance where needed
Maintain compliance with Amazon program requirements and stay current on scorecard updates and policy changes

Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain management
Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with performance dashboards, spreadsheets, and data exports
Experience managing teams and driving daily accountability through data-driven coaching
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Preferred

Prior experience as a DSP dispatcher, operations manager, or performance lead
Familiarity with Amazon Logistics systems (DSP Portal, Delivery App, Performance Portal)
Experience with capacity planning or workforce scheduling tools
Proven track record of achieving consistent Fantastic Plus scorecard standing and 105%+ daily Capacity Reliability
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline delivery teams to sustained high performance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
