Role Overview:

The Customer Success Specialist is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of dealership accounts. This role is dedicated to delivering white glove service at every touchpoint, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and empowered to get the most out of the Logitrac platform. The Specialist conducts regular account health check-ins, leads advisor trainings, and plays a critical role in customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver white glove service to every dealership account, ensuring a consistently high-touch and personalized client experience
Conduct regular account health check-ins to assess utilization metrics, alert configurations, integrations, and overall platform performance
Lead advisor trainings to ensure dealership staff are fully educated on platform features, best practices, and workflow optimizations
Drive customer retention by proactively identifying at-risk accounts, resolving concerns, and reinforcing the value of the Logitrac platform
Identify underutilized features and recommend configurations that improve client outcomes such as utilization rates, rebate eligibility, and liability protection
Educate clients on new and upcoming product features including beta releases and roadmap items
Partner with Support Specialists during client calls to resolve configuration issues in real time
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the internal CRM including key contacts, titles, and account notes
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities such as Hypertolls, Merchant processing, and insurance verification integrations
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, relaying feedback to the product and implementation teams

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
Experience in automotive, fleet management, or SaaS industries strongly preferred
Passion for delivering exceptional, white glove client experiences
Strong ability to train and educate non-technical end users in a clear and engaging manner
Demonstrated ability to manage a book of business, retain clients, and drive measurable outcomes
Comfortable presenting data, conducting screen-share reviews, and leading strategic conversations
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform required
Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills

Please note: This is a fully onsite position requiring in-office attendance five days per week.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
