Business Systems & AI Integration ManagerCompany: Snider-Blake Personnel
Department: Corporate Operations / Technology
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000-$95,000
Position Overview:
Snider-Blake is seeking a Business Systems & AI Integration Manager to lead the continued modernization and integration of our staffing technology environment.
This position will serve as the primary connection between our branch operations, leadership team, software providers, and technology partners. The individual will become an internal expert on the systems our teams use every day while helping Snider-Blake develop a more integrated, automated, and AI-enabled technology platform.
A major initial responsibility of this position will be helping lead Snider-Blake's transition from TempWorks to Avionté, including system configuration, data and workflow planning, testing, integrations, branch implementation, training, troubleshooting, and post-launch optimization.
Beyond the ATS conversion, this individual will be responsible for evaluating how Avionté, Sense, artificial intelligence, automation tools, and other technology platforms can work together to improve recruiting, onboarding, communication, operations, reporting, and the overall experience for our employees, associates, and clients.
This is not a traditional IT help-desk position. While supporting our branches and resolving system issues is an important responsibility, the primary objective of this role is to improve how Snider-Blake uses technology across the organization and help build our technology environment for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
ATS Migration & System Implementation
- Help lead Snider-Blake's transition from TempWorks to Avionté.
- Work with leadership, branch teams, Avionté, and other partners to understand current processes and determine how they should operate within the new system.
- Assist with system configuration, data migration, testing, validation, implementation, and deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes rather than simply recreating current TempWorks workflows in Avionté.
- Coordinate testing with branch users and ensure issues are identified, documented, prioritized, and resolved before and after implementation.
- Support the rollout of Avionté across Snider-Blake locations.
- Develop implementation plans, documentation, training materials, and system procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization following implementation.
AI, Automation & Systems Integration
- Develop a strong understanding of Snider-Blake's technology environment and how our systems interact.
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate Avionté, Sense, AI capabilities, automation tools, and other business applications into a more connected technology platform.
- Identify repetitive or manual processes that can be automated or improved through technology.
- Explore practical applications of AI throughout recruiting and staffing operations.
- Work with internal teams and outside technology partners to design and implement new integrations and workflows.
- Evaluate new AI tools and technology and determine whether they provide meaningful business value to Snider-Blake.
- Help establish standards and best practices for the responsible and effective use of AI within the organization.
- Stay current on developments in AI, staffing technology, automation, ATS platforms, and related technologies.
- Measure the effectiveness of new systems and automations and continuously look for opportunities to improve them.
Branch Systems Support
- Serve as a primary internal resource for branch employees who need assistance with Avionté, Sense, and other business systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with software providers when problems require escalation.
- Help employees understand the best way to accomplish tasks within our systems.
- Investigate recurring issues and identify long-term solutions rather than relying solely on temporary fixes.
- Communicate system changes, updates, outages, and new functionality to affected teams.
- Maintain documentation of common issues, solutions, processes, and system configurations.
- Develop FAQs, quick-reference guides, runbooks, and other resources that allow branches to resolve common questions efficiently.
Process Improvement
- Work directly with branch managers, recruiters, corporate leadership, and other employees to understand operational challenges.
- Translate business needs into technology solutions, workflows, integrations, or process improvements.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary steps, duplicate data entry, and manual work.
- Look across the organization for opportunities to standardize processes while recognizing legitimate differences between markets and clients.
- Help develop reporting and dashboards that provide leadership and branch teams with better visibility into operations.
- Track the results of technology initiatives and demonstrate improvements in efficiency, adoption, productivity, or other measurable outcomes.
Training & Adoption
- Develop training programs and materials for new systems, functionality, and processes.
- Conduct individual, small-group, and organization-wide training as needed.
- Support new employees and branch teams in learning Snider-Blake's technology platforms.
- Help drive adoption of new tools by explaining not only how they work, but how they improve an employee's day-to-day responsibilities.
- Gather feedback from users and use that feedback to improve systems, workflows, and training.
- Serve as a trusted internal technology resource for branch and corporate employees.
