Full Job Description

Nielsen Contracting is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our team in Richfield, Utah. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, takes initiative, communicates well, and enjoys helping keep both the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Provide administrative and personal support to company leadership
Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meetings
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Assist with employee onboarding and maintaining employee records
Coordinate subcontractor and trade partner onboarding
Collect and maintain W-9s, insurance certificates, licenses, and other required documents
Help track payroll hours and other administrative information
Organize digital and physical files
Coordinate company events, meetings, lunches, and other activities
Help manage office supplies and keep the office organized
Assist with scheduling and coordinating various company needs
Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, employees, and company leadership
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Complete miscellaneous administrative and personal tasks as needed
Take initiative to identify and help with tasks that need to be completed

Qualifications

Previous office management, administrative, or personal assistant experience preferred
Construction industry experience is a plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and other software
Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
Ability to handle confidential information
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
