Full Job Description

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established DSO. Come work in Strongsville, OH.

Job Details:

Mon-Fri work week
General Dentistry
Full benefits offered!
6 month daily guarantee with % of net production
PPO/FFS
$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Perform specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, dental implants, prosthodontics, and oral surgery when qualified.
Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, performing clinical examinations, and utilizing medical imaging techniques.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to deliver seamless patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications

Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to dental procedures.
Experience with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix preferred.
Strong background in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization procedures aligned with OSHA guidelines.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
