About Epic Private Wealth:
Epic Private Wealth is dedicated to providing tailored financial planning and investment advisory services, helping clients achieve their financial aspirations. Our firm values personalized service and expert guidance, and we are seeking a motivated Financial Client Services Associate to Intern for 90 days. When completion of training and development this position will change to full time status as Financial Client Services Associate with a wage increase to $23.00 an hour. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry while supporting the work of our senior advisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This entry-level position as a Financial Client Services Associate Intern will support senior advisors in delivering exceptional client service, assist with various administrative duties, and participate in investment analysis and financial planning activities. Additionally, this role involves supporting company events and collaborating with the marketing team. This role provides a foundation in wealth management with opportunities for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Support:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including daily office upkeep and ensuring supplies are stocked.
Manage reception duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling mail and deliveries.
Client Support:
Assist senior advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering financial data and organizing investment proposals.
Respond to basic client inquiries and ensure timely communication with clients.
Administrative Duties:
Manage client meeting schedules, maintain accurate client records, and assist with data entry and document management.
Prepare reports and other documentation as needed.
Investment & Financial Planning Support:
Help prepare client financial reviews, compile investment research, and create client presentation materials.
Support the analysis of client portfolios and provide insights to senior advisors.
Client Onboarding:
Coordinate documentation for new clients, prepare introductory materials, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Research & Analysis:
Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and financial planning strategies.
Assist in developing client recommendations and financial strategies.
Compliance Support:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and firm policies by maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Event Support:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including client seminars, workshops, and networking events.
Manage event logistics, such as scheduling, venue setup, and preparing materials.
Marketing Support:
Work closely with the marketing specialist to execute marketing strategies.
Assist with creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and tracking campaign performance.
Learning & Development:
Participate in training sessions, attend industry webinars, and work towards obtaining relevant certifications (e.g., Series 65).
Shadow senior advisors to gain hands-on experience in investment advisory practices.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as needed to support company growth and improve operations.
