MTK Healthcare Inc. Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis
Location: Poulsbo, WA 98370
Facility: Puget Sound Kidney Centers
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 10–13 Hour Shifts | AM & PM | Monday–Saturday (Based on Staffing Needs)
Pay Rate: $57.00 - $65.00 per hour

Job Description:

MTK Healthcare Inc. is hiring an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract with Puget Sound Kidney Centers in Poulsbo, Washington. This is a chronic in-center dialysis position covering multiple peninsula clinic locations, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of dialysis treatments and provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment plans and disease management.
Supervise Dialysis Technicians and ensure quality patient care.
Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and administer prescribed medications.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Current Washington State RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License.
Current BLS (AHA) Certification.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Previous Dialysis experience is required.
Acute Care or Ambulatory Nursing experience preferred.
Must be willing to float between PSKC Peninsula locations, including:
Poulsbo
Bremerton
Port Orchard
Port Townsend
Must be flexible to work AM or PM shifts based on operational needs.
