As our Partnerships & Referrals Manager, you are the guardian of those relationships. Your mission is to cultivate a network of partners who support federal employees, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and confident in every referral they send our way. This isn’t just about processing leads; it’s about high-touch hospitality and building a reliable, professional ecosystem of support.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Proactively identify and reach out to attorneys, medical professionals, and unions to build genuine, long-term trust and a steady referral rhythm.
Design a “white-glove” onboarding process and create clear, professional resources (guides, one-pagers) that make referring to us simple and seamless.
Maintain meticulous records and tracking within the CRM to ensure partner contact information and referral trends are always accurate and organized.
Partner closely with the Intake Team to facilitate rapid, high-quality handoffs and join regular check-ins to continuously refine the referral flow.
Provide consistent updates and professional follow-up with partners while strictly adhering to legal, ethical, and privacy boundaries.
