Full Job Description

At Ethan Health we strive to provide world-class treatment to members of the community who struggle with addiction. With comprehensive medication-assisted treatment that focuses on the individual's needs, we aim to foster wellness, longevity, and socially responsible behavior for the patients we serve.

Ethan Health is seeking a full-time Residential Aide for 3rd shift. The ideal candidate for this position is a dependable, disciplined individual who can provide leadership and supervision for a 16-bed men's residential treatment facility.

***Must be able to work 1:00 am - 9:00 am Tuesday -Saturday***

Responsibilities:

Supervision of participants
Shift communication
Overseeing participants' scheduled activities
Provide direct support for participants
Keep & monitor the phone and answer it, complete screenings, and take messages.
Participate in night and morning meditation
Ensure and maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with Program Coordinator and facility staff in program development
Assist in the Quality Assurance of the agency
Participate in staff meetings; monthly or as directed
Assist in the supervision of clients and respond to all requests and emergencies during duty hours
Actively encourage and promote client involvement in classes/program

Qualifications:

Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday 1:00 am - 9: 00 am
Ability to begin work immediately
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have basic computer and communication skills and demonstrate non-judgmental and non-bias disposition regarding clients
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Must be computer literate
Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
Must be absent from the Federal Exclusion List
