Primrose School of Aliana is the national leader in accredited early childhood education and care, serving children from infancy through kindergarten, as well as afterschool care and summer programs.
We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-minded, and operationally strong Education & Curriculum Coach to lead all aspects of curriculum, education, and classroom quality standards for the center. This role supports the Center Director with staff development, family relationships, compliance, educational programs, operations, and community engagement.

Qualifications
- Maintains a strong visible presence throughout the school
- Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Must be willing to complete Director training and maintain required annual training hours.
- Must be willing to drive company vehicles if required.
- Must be able to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, bending, and active classroom support.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Education & Curriculum
- Ensures curriculum and lesson plans are implemented accurately and aligned with developmentally appropriate practices.
- Reviews lesson plans, provides teacher feedback, and meets with teachers regularly.
- Trains, mentors, and coaches teachers on curriculum implementation, classroom management, child development, and Conscious Discipline practices.
- Ensures classroom schedules, developmental milestones, assessments, and ASQs are completed and communicated appropriately.
- Conducts regular classroom observations and ensures compliance with brand standards, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and quality programs.
- Supports parent/teacher conferences, student transitions, and classroom placements.
- Ensures classrooms have appropriate resources for high-quality curriculum delivery.
- Maintains required documentation including observations, behavior records, training records, incident reports, medication logs, and other compliance documentation.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, licensing, and school standards.
- Supports implementation of health, safety, supervision, and transportation procedures.
- Assists with maintaining a QA-ready environment at all times.
- Steps into leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Supports facility checks, ratio compliance, emergency preparedness, and daily school operations.
Family Experience & Customer Service
- Builds and maintains positive communication with families.
- Partners with parents regarding child development, progress, concerns, and support plans.
- Supports family retention efforts and assists with addressing concerns.
- Supports enrollment efforts including inquiries, tours, and communicating the school’s educational philosophy when needed.
Financial & Administrative Support
- Supports staffing plans, labor management, and classroom supply budgets.
- Plans training effectively and helps manage operational expenses.
- Ensures classroom materials and resources are maintained.
Human Resources & Staff Development
- Assists with recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training qualified staff.
- Develops teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth plans.
- Supports staff morale, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
- Assists with staff evaluations and ongoing performance feedback.
Facility & Marketing Support
- Supports maintaining a safe, clean, and high-quality school environment.
- Participates in marketing activities, community events, and school events.
- Supports social media content highlighting classroom learning, events, and school culture.
- May be required to support after-hours events or trainings based on school needs.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven curriculum coordinator experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Associates or Bachelors degree or Certificate in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas childcare licensing regulations and operational standards
- Previous experience working in an early education franchise or Primrose Schools is highly desired
- Strong computer, technology and social media savvy skills, including Microsoft Office, email communication, reporting systems, school management platforms, and digital engagement and communication tools
- Excellent communication, public speaking, customer service, enrollment, retention, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to lead teachers, drive accountability, and maintain high operational standards
- Passion for fostering positive learning environments for young children
- Must have good driving record and be qualified to drive company vehicles when needed
- Must be willing and able to work in classrooms as needed to support operations
- Must be able to repeatedly bend, stoop, lift, and carry children up to 50 pounds depending on age and weight
