ABA Therapy at We Rock the Spectrum | Houston, TX

ABA That Looks Like Childhood.

Imagine providing ABA therapy where children climb, swing, jump, create, explore, laugh, and learn, all while building meaningful relationships through play.

That's exactly what we're creating.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to help lead our clinical services inside We Rock the Spectrum, an inclusive sensory gym where every child belongs and every milestone deserves to be celebrated.

What You'll Do

As our BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll help oversee high-quality clinical services while working alongside an amazing team of children, families, RBTs, and BCBAs.

Responsibilities include:

Provide BCaBA-level supervision under the direction of a BCBA
Conduct assessments and assist in treatment planning
Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Deliver individualized, assent-based ABA therapy
Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
Analyze data and make treatment recommendations
Help create engaging, meaningful learning opportunities throughout the sensory gym
Promote a culture of compassion, creativity, and clinical excellence
Help us continue building one of Houston's most innovative ABA programs

Who You Are

You're someone who:

Is a certified Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Holds (or is eligible for) state licensure where required
Believes therapy should be relationship-driven
Values assent and child autonomy
Loves movement, creativity, and thinking outside the box
Enjoys mentoring RBTs and collaborating with families
Wants to grow with a small, passionate team
Isn't afraid to climb into a foam pit, race through an obstacle course, or celebrate every little victory
