We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee our Austin-area portfolio, leading multiple communities while serving as a trusted partner to ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for multiple multifamily communities in the Austin region
Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams to achieve operational and financial goals
Drive resident retention, revenue growth, and expense control
Prepare, manage, and execute annual operating budgets
Maintain strong owner relationships through clear, consistent communication and reporting
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and fair housing regulations
Oversee capital projects, renovations, and vendor performance
Monitor market conditions and proactively position assets for success
Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

Qualifications

2+ years of Regional Property Management experience
Experience overseeing 4+ multifamily communities
Strong knowledge of Real Page and related property management systems

(Procure-to-Pay, Maint IQ, Anyone Home, LRO, Rent Café preferred)

Proven people leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals
Experience leading multi-site renovations or capital projects
Active or interested participation in TAA, NAA, IREM, or similar organizations
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
