Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented ERP Data Analytics & Insights Analyst to help drive better, faster decision-making across SRC.
This role will strengthen our data management foundation, unlock value through automation and AI, and improve overall data quality. The analyst will be embedded within the ERP team while partnering cross-functionally across departments.
Initially, the role will focus on balancing data cleanup and proactive data quality improvements (approximately 50/50).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on data management best practices, data architecture, and process optimization to enhance overall data integrity
- Investigate data process & quality issues across individual, departmental, and end-to-end process levels in partnership with product managers, developers, and business analysts to determine root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Partner with business analysts and training teams to ensure documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials effectively address root cause issues
- Test, validate, and execute data corrections while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and auditability
- Audit and validate data following system migrations or updates to ensure integrity, completeness, and reliability
- Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor data quality and confidence across people, processes, and systems
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., ERP, Power BI) to track KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
- Drive improvements in enterprise-wide data confidence and readiness to support advanced analytics and AI initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to operations and technology teams, solving real-world business challenges
- Extract and query data from ERP systems and internal sources to answer key business questions
- Analyze performance trends (e.g., on-time delivery, scrap rates, order throughput, pricing performance)
- Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders through effective data storytelling
- Dedicate time (approximately 20%) to exploring emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics
- Proactively investigate ambiguous or undefined problem areas and recommend solutions
- Support and contribute to data governance frameworks, including standards, policies, and documentation
- Work onsite daily to collaborate closely with team members
- Travel as needed, up to 10% of their time
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science)

- Effective communicator who can explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences
- Comfortable working with real-world, imperfect data and asking clarifying questions when needed
- Self-starter with a proactive, “seek to understand” mindset
Technical Skills
- Experience or willingness to build proficiency in:
o SQL
o Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data environments is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
- Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)
- Basic experience with Python or R for data manipulation, automation, or analysis
- Interest in AI, predictive analytics, and data modeling (hands-on experience is a plus)
