Eurokeys is a premium automotive security firm. We don’t just "cut keys"; we provide high-level, mobile diagnostic solutions for complex European vehicles—from Mercedes and Audi to Land Rover and VW.
We are looking for an apprentice who understands that our business is service. Our clients are often in high-stress, urgent situations, and our job is to show up, stay calm, and provide a seamless, professional, and reliable solution. You will be working on the front lines of automotive diagnostics, mastering immobilizer architecture and module programming while ensuring every client feels heard, respected, and taken care of.

What You Will Do
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the face of Eurokeys. You will manage client expectations, explain technical solutions in simple terms, and deliver a service experience that is as reliable as the work itself.
- Complex Problem Solving: You will be trained to navigate the most difficult security systems in the industry—including FBS3/4, MQB, and MLB platforms. You will handle the full range of diagnostic and programming tasks using our suite of professional software and hardware.
- Professional Reliability: Manage an itinerary of on-site calls. You will be responsible for being on time, being prepared, and ensuring the job is done right—every single time.
- Continuous Improvement: You will be mentored in the art of automotive diagnostics. You’ll be challenged daily with complex tasks that require both technical focus and a calm, positive, service-oriented attitude.

This is a challenging role. It is not a desk job; it is mobile, technical, and often fast-paced. You will be dealing with complex electronic systems and real-time client needs. Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
