Restaurant Services is currently hiring for a DISTRICT MANAGER to join our Dunkin’ network!

Fuel Your Future with Dunkin’! Our District Managers finish the day earlier and they have time for the things that matter most.

Overview

As a District Manager for one of our Dunkin’ portfolios, you will own some of the most critical functions in our business. One of them being building a high performing restaurant manager team across your portfolio of locations. Your role is to ensure seamless execution of our high standards, systems, operational efficiencies, while driving profitability and guest service. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast paced, hyper growth environment and knows how to scale with consistency, hustle and pride.

What You will do:

· Oversee day to day operations of your restaurants, ensuring all of our systems, profitability and KPI are being met

· Ensure all restaurants in your portfolio are meeting brand and company operational standards and food safety standards.

· Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.

· Understand local marketing area and competitor trends.

· Establish sales and service goals with leadership and restaurant managers.

· Provide the best guest service and resolve issues in the moment.

· Lead team meetings

· Deliver training to restaurant managers on a variety of topics including marketing windows, LTOs and Brand initiatives.

· Ensure that restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketing window.

· Live Restaurant Services Values and Mission Statement and seed that thru all of your teams.

· Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.

· Manage and coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support their restaurant performance & execution.

· Coach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality

· Strong analytical skills and business acumen

· Works well with others in a fun, fast-paced team environment.

· On time, demonstrates honesty, intensity and a positive attitude.

· Willingness to learn and embrace change.

· Guest focused.

· College degree preferred

· Basic computer skills

· Fluent in spoken and written English

· Basic math and financial management

· Ability to train and develop a team.

· Must be able to stand on your feet

· Ability to spend min 50 hours per week in your stores with your teams

· Requires travel between restaurants; Reliable transportation required.
