Customer Satisfaction Associate Job Description

Job Title:

Customer Satisfaction Associate (CSA)

Position Summary:

Posts Nation employees are trained professionals, who are also customer obsessed and knowledgeable. Our Customer Satisfaction Associates provide world-class customer service to all customers by assisting them with their posting, mailing, packaging and printing needs. Customer Satisfaction Associates provide expert advice to our customers on our shipping and full business suite of services through our shipping and packaging business partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must always represent the Company in a professional manner
Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to for their postage, shipping and printing needs
Working with Point-of-Sale systems (POS) and processing payments
Operates all equipment, software, devices and willingness to help and teach colleagues
Setting and attaining sales goals
Giving customers advice best postage, shipping, and business suite options
Helping customers to package and box their items by provide expert advice on the best and appropriate shipping materials in a safe, efficient and customer obsessed manner
Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
Recommending the best products to customers
Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Performing QA check-up on all store signage, product displays for accuracy and quality
Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Required Skills and Experience:
Customer Service – always professional with customers Always represents the company brand positively and in a service-oriented and courteous manner and respectful

High school diploma or GED required
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Outstanding phone skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Able to lift 40+ pounds and stand on your feet for 8-9 hours per day
Willing and able to work 25 to 40 hours per week for a 6-day work week
Strong computer skills and internet skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites (multiple platforms)
Adheres to company safety and security best practices and procedures by reporting potentially unsafe conditions immediately

Attendance/Punctuality and Timeliness – Is consistently at work at required shift and is on time or early. Completes work in a timely manner and within the standards outlined by the company. Dependability – follows instructions, responds to management direction. Takes responsibility for own actions. Keeps commitments. Completes tasks on time or notifies supervisor in advance if a commitment is at risk Quality – meets productivity and service standards consistently

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. College degree preferred.

Required Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to pass a Post Nation Background Check (BGC)
Must be able to pass a 5-panel Drug Screening
Must be able to complete a Customer Service Assessment (CSA)

Required Licenses:

Valid State Driver’s License is Required.

Work Authorization Requirements:

United States Work Authorization is Required.

Pay: $33,280.00 - $33,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
