Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative engineering professional to help shape technical direction, elevate engineering practices, and deliver impactful solutions across the organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and improve systems while mentoring others and influencing architectural decisions.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to translate business needs into technical plans.
Contribute to architecture discussions and help define engineering standards and best practices.
Review code, provide thoughtful feedback, and support continuous improvement in code quality.
Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, and developer experience.
Drive delivery on complex initiatives from concept through implementation and support.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation efforts as needed.

What You Bring

Extensive professional experience in software development with a strong record of delivering complex systems.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
Experience influencing technical decisions and working effectively across teams and functions.
Ability to mentor others and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
Experience with code reviews, testing strategies, debugging, and production support.
Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing engineering environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives or platform improvements.
Background in cloud-based, distributed, or service-oriented architectures.
Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices, observability tools, and operational excellence.
Experience contributing to engineering process improvements and organizational standards.
