Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimize our daily supply chain and inventory processes. This role acts as a crucial link between data management, warehouse floor operations, and customer fulfillment. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end import operations, maintaining flawless inventory accuracy across enterprise systems (SAP/MES), coordinating secure outbound shipments, and leading on-site personnel. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is a natural problem-solver ready to handle immediate operational needs.

We welcome those who have no prior experience. You will receive fully paid training for those tasks that satisfy Hyundai-specific quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Import Management

Upload import container shipping lists into SAP and manage goods receipt.
Manage import customs clearance operations.
Cross-reference and manage the comparison between import packing lists and actual physical goods.
Manage the inbound and arrival status of import/export goods.

Warehouse Inventory Management

Monitor and assess logistics warehouse inventory status; ensure and maintain data alignment between SAP and MES systems.

Outbound & Shipping Management

Coordinate shipments regarding customer shortages (items and quantities).
Manage inbound and outbound transactions in SAP and MES.
Manage vehicle dispatching for deliveries.
Manage empty boxes for export, inspect loading boxes, and verify loading quantities.
Manage the recovery and inventory of empty boxes.
Issue delivery invoices.
Manage assembly/combination progress status (including deliveries).
Handle inventory transfer processing (SAP/MES) after quality consultations regarding defective products.
Manage on-site floor personnel.

Other Issue Resolution & Operations

Provide emergency procurement responses in the event of customer product loss or inventory shortages.
Conduct physical inventory audits of finished goods.
Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new employees.
Maintain 3S and 5S Management standards.
Manage on-site facility equipment (conveyors, compressors, trailers, computers, PDAs).

Job Requirements & Preferences

Driver's License: Required.
MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
No prior experience required.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
