As an Enrollment Outreach Coordinator, you'll serve as an ambassador for Cristo Rey Richmond High School by building relationships throughout the community and guiding prospective students and families through the enrollment process.

Serve as the primary liaison between Cristo Rey Richmond and local high schools, community organizations, churches, and other community partners.

Travel throughout the Richmond area to present information about Cristo Rey Richmond, distribute recruitment materials, and build relationships with school administrators, students, and families.

Guide prospective students and families through the admissions and enrollment process with professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.

Communicate fluently in English and a second language (such as Spanish) to support multilingual families.

Translate promotional materials, flyers, and social media content to improve accessibility.

Assist applicants and their families in their preferred language whenever possible.

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms to promote enrollment and school events.

Respond to online inquiries and support digital marketing initiatives during recruitment campaigns.

Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to achieve enrollment goals and strengthen community partnerships.

Represent Cristo Rey Richmond High School at recruitment events, school visits, and community activities while promoting the school's mission and values.

High school diploma or equivalent
-
One to three years of experience in recruiting, community outreach, field marketing, youth development, or working with diverse populations

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with social media platforms and standard office software

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Richmond area

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field

Experience with CRM systems or admissions software
-
Experience creating digital marketing or social media content
-
Knowledge of the Richmond community and local schools

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or another locally relevant language) a plus
