Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage hourly employees through coaching, performance evaluations, and discipline
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Drive sales and guest satisfaction while controlling food costs and inventory
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
Provide ongoing training for Front and Back of House teams on policies and procedures
Foster a positive and safe culture that supports associate growth and productivity
Collaborate with Managing Partners to manage food, supply, and liquor costs
Ensure compliance with food handling, wage laws, and company policies
