Full Job Description

Job Overview

The Call Line Clinical Manager provides statewide clinical leadership, training, operational support, and outreach guidance for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHPs) across HealthHaven hubs. This role supports clinical excellence and consistent best practices while strengthening team coordination, culture, and engagement with healthcare providers and community partners.

Working closely with the Senior Call Line Manager and other clinical and operational leads, the Clinical Manager helps ensure high-performing, well-coordinated hub teams and effective delivery of HealthHaven call line services.

Responsibilities

Lead LMHP onboarding, ongoing clinical training, consultation, and quality improvement efforts.
Develop and maintain clinical resources, presentations, outreach materials, and tools that reflect current best practices.
Provide leadership and operational support to LMHPs, identifying team needs and helping address system and hub-level challenges.
Promote a team culture of excellence, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and effective problem-solving.
Partner with the Senior Call Line Manager, Call Line Coordinators, Lead Care Navigator, Lead Consulting Physician, and other team leaders to ensure coordinated clinical guidance and service delivery.
Lead hub-related special projects and initiatives.
Oversee statewide outreach efforts to increase awareness, registration, and participation among eligible healthcare providers.
Support regional and hub LMHPs in developing outreach plans and provide coaching, resources, and guidance.
Collaborate with HealthHaven leadership, marketing, education, events, data and evaluation teams, healthcare associations, and regional partners to identify outreach priorities and opportunities.
Represent HealthHaven at meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

Current Virginia license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP.
Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
Experience working within multidisciplinary clinical or healthcare systems.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, support teams, and advance program goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical specialization in child and adolescent behavioral health.
Experience in clinical supervision, consultation, or teaching.
Experience with organizational development, leadership training, and/or management coaching.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
