Full Job Description

Company: Men's Wellness Centers

Location: Hybrid; Richmond or Hampton Roads, Virginia

Employment: Full-time, salaried

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 base plus $20,000-$50,000 annual incentive opportunity

Travel: Regular travel to Richmond, Newport News, and Virginia Beach

The Opportunity

Men's Wellness Centers is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who combines strong marketing judgment with an engaging, approachable personality. We need someone who is socially confident and comfortable representing the company, but who is also a patient listener capable of building genuine relationships with members, employees, clinicians, business leaders, and community partners.

You will lead our organic content, social media, community outreach, events, referral development, local public relations, and marketing materials across three Virginia clinics. You will also coordinate and supervise outside marketing partners, including contractors responsible for Google Ads and other specialized digital functions.

You will not be expected to replace every specialist. You will be expected to understand the work, establish priorities, review messaging and performance, ask informed questions, and hold partners accountable for measurable results.

This is a hybrid position, not a fully remote role. Candidates must live in the Richmond or Hampton Roads service area and be available for regular work throughout all three markets.

Our experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants provide personalized care in hormone optimization, sexual health, medical weight management, and preventive men's wellness.

What You Will Do

· Build and manage the social and content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other approved channels.

· Personally create photographs, videos, captions, scripts, social posts, explainers, and event coverage; appear on camera as a recognizable, credible local voice.

· Coordinate testimonials and review responses using approved authorizations and privacy-conscious processes.

· Keep each clinic visible through Google Business Profile, local content, accurate information, current photographs, and appropriate review management.

· Build relationships with chambers, employers, gyms, veterans and first-responder groups, healthcare practices, and complementary local businesses.

· Imagine and execute health fairs, talks, sponsorships, and original MWC events while developing referral, ambassador, and partnership opportunities.

· Build relationships with local radio, television, podcast, print, and other media contacts; prepare MWC representatives and participate when appropriate.

· Create or direct flyers, brochures, service one-pagers, referral kits, event signage, displays, and presentations.

· Coordinate outside agencies and paid-advertising partners, and track qualified leads, consultations, new members, acquisition cost, event results, and attributable revenue.

What You Bring

· Five or more years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, medical services, or another consumer-facing local service business.

· A track record in organic content, social media, community marketing, events, public relations, referrals, or partnership development.

· Experience supervising agencies, contractors, media vendors, or creative partners.

· Strong writing, storytelling, short-form video, presentation, interpersonal, social-platform, and Google Business Profile skills.

· Enough digital analytics, SEO, and paid-media knowledge to supervise specialists and evaluate results.

· Practical skill with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.

· Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, email, and SMS marketing; reliable transportation and ability to travel among all three clinics.

· Healthcare marketing experience and familiarity with HIPAA and responsible healthcare advertising are preferred.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

The position may be based in either the Richmond or Hampton Roads market. Remote work is appropriate for planning, writing, design, reporting, and vendor coordination. In-person work includes clinic content production, relationship development, meetings, and events. Some evening and weekend availability is required.

The anticipated base salary is $60,000-$75,000 annually. Annual performance-based incentive compensation of $20,000-$50,000 is available under the applicable plan, creating total compensation potential of $80,000-$125,000. Incentives are earned against defined individual and company measures and are not guaranteed. MWC also offers health benefits, paid time off, approved business-mileage reimbursement, and an appropriate working budget.
