Full Job Description

Link Public Affairs is looking for a Digital Associate to execute media buying and reporting, as well as improve internal processes and strategies. We are an end-to-end Public Affairs company specializing in campaign management, public opinion research, advocacy advertising, digital media placement, and phone/texting outreach. Join our growing team of design, communications, and public affairs professionals.

Day to day duties include:

· Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of Paid Media campaigns, included but not limited to: Social, CTV/OTT, Native, Search, Display, and Retargeting

· Perform daily optimization of campaigns, budget allocation, bidding management, ad creative testing, and landing page testing

· Analyze campaign data to continuously improve results, including A/B testing and creative allocation.

· Partner closely with internal Accounts and Design team

Here’s what we’re looking for:

· 2+ years in platform digital buying experience (agency setting preferred)

· Experience with Meta, Google Ads, X (Twitter), DSPs, LinkedIn ad platforms

· Excellent analytical and time management skills, an eye for details, and always thinking one step ahead

· Compile and build reports and dashboards for clients. Assist in digital accounting, billing, and tracking.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement new systems that benefit the entire team

· AI Optimization, Web design, HTML, Java, SQL experience is a bonus, but is not required
