Position: Account Manager

Location: Richmond, VA

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving results for our nonprofit clients. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Develop and implement strategic fundraising and advocacy campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance client campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and digital, to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in nonprofit fundraising or marketing.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and practices is a plus.
