The ideal candidate will be both highly professional and personable, serving as the first point of contact for our clients and providing essential administrative and legal support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and compassionate, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client service. This position requires the ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, maintain strict confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. Successful candidates will be proactive problem-solvers who are eager to contribute to a collaborative team while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong phone etiquette essential
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Prepare, proofread, format, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and client files for attorney review.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical files, including scanning, filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist with client intake, conflict checks, case organization, and tracking deadlines and follow-up tasks.
Prepare materials for hearings, closings, client meetings, and court filings, including assisting with e-filing as needed.
Utilize legal software, cloud-based systems, and AI-driven tools to support an efficient and technology-focused practice.
