Lead projects ranging from $500K to $20M+, with a strong portfolio in the $3M to $5M range.

Work on specialized facilities including clean rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare, and biopharma projects.

Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.

Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication across all teams.

Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, cost controls, and final project settlements.

Manage project procurement, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.

Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Ensure accurate reporting and provide executive leadership with regular project updates.

Lead, mentor, and support project teams, field personnel, and executive staff.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout construction, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.

Coordinate work planning activities to ensure projects progress efficiently and safely.

Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Ensure adherence to all building codes, industry regulations, and company procedures.

Champion a culture of safety while maintaining operational excellence across all project activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Strong background in healthcare, clean room, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or mission-critical environments.

Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.

Strong understanding of construction methods, project controls, and building regulations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
