Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. As the culinary visionary, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu development, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. Your leadership will inspire creativity, uphold food safety standards, and manage daily kitchen activities to deliver memorable dining experiences. Duties

Lead and supervise the culinary team, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team management and mentorship
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards, customer preferences, and current culinary trends
Oversee food production processes, ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste in all offerings
Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen operations
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and attention to detail
Monitor kitchen performance during shifts, managing staffing levels and ensuring smooth workflow from food prep to service
Implement cost control measures without compromising quality or guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes and company policies
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Skills

Extensive banquet experience combined with fine dining expertise to craft exquisite culinary presentations
Proven supervising experience in a high-volume kitchen environment with strong leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of dietary department requirements, including special diets and allergy management
Strong background in food production, menu planning, and food handling techniques
Excellent team management skills to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work culture
Experience in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen budget oversight
Proficiency in food safety procedures, sanitizing protocols, and regulatory compliance
Skilled in cooking techniques across various cuisines with an emphasis on quality and consistency
Ability to manage multiple priorities during shift management while maintaining high standards of hospitality
Familiarity with catering operations, restaurant management systems, and food service best practices
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence, accountability, and continuous improvement in the culinary team
