Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented <PERSON> Assistant to join our vibrant team! Duties

Assist in cake decorating, pastry creation, and food presentation to produce visually stunning desserts and baked goods
Support food production processes including packaging, portioning, and ingredient preparation
Help with food handling tasks such as measuring, mixing, baking, and cooking under supervision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety standards
Prepare ingredients for daily production, including slicing, chopping, and assembling baked items
Support catering events or restaurant service by assisting with food setup and customer interactions
Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and quality control at all times

Skills

Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts with a keen eye for detail
Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling safety procedures
Knowledge of food preparation techniques across various culinary disciplines
Experience working in food production environments such as bakeries or restaurants
Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with clients or guests
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Basic understanding of food industry regulations related to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance
