About Us
Simply Delicious is a woman-owned catering company known for thoughtful hospitality, exceptional food, and memorable events. We serve a mix of private events, weddings, corporate catering, prepared meal customers, and local partnerships. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Catering and Office Coordinator to help manage client communication, catering event details, and daily office operations organized and moving smoothly.

About the Role
The Catering and Office Coordinator will support the chef/owner and event team with client communication, catering estimates, contracts, scheduling, records, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is a key point of support behind the scenes, helping ensure client inquiries are answered promptly, event details are clearly tracked, and internal processes stay organized.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Catering Support

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with a friendly, professional tone
Gather event details from clients and help guide them through the planning process
Coordinate custom menus and draft estimates based on client needs, event size, and service style
Follow up with clients on booking details, contracts, and payments
Maintain organized records of inquiries, bookings, contracts, and event details

Office & Event Coordination

Assist with rental/vendor coordination, confirmations, and tracking
Help prepare weekly status updates on inquiries, bookings, payments, and outstanding follow-ups
Keep files, templates, and client information organized and easy to access
Consistently update booking and payment spreadsheets for bookkeeper

Prepared Meal Service Support

Assist with operations for our prepared meal service, including weekly menu updates, order printing, and delivery route coordination
Ensure online orders are accurate and ready on schedule

What We’re Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable juggling multiple clients, deadlines, and moving pieces
Warm, professional customer service instincts
Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office/Excel, and basic office software
Experience in catering, events, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to improve systems over time

Schedule
Part-time, 5 days per week (full time hours requested during higher volume business periods - e.g, holiday season)
Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
