Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Child Care Center Director to lead and manage our early childhood education facility. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations, and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a passion for childhood development, all while managing staff, budgets, and community relationships to promote excellence in early education.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership to create an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment that supports early childhood development and learning.
Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including staff supervision, classroom oversight, and administrative functions.
Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and ensure long-term sustainability.
Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources effectively, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all center activities.
Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to promote continuous improvement in teaching practices and compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and legal standards related to early childhood education and school administration.
Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
Supervise faculty evaluation processes, manage personnel issues, and support team leadership development.
Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating community support and exploring grant opportunities to enhance program offerings.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 settings.
Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance regulation understanding.
Strong background in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with skills in financial planning and resource allocation.
Demonstrated success in personnel management, faculty evaluation, supervision of school staff, and team leadership.
Knowledge of special education law, childhood development principles, and early childhood education best practices.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds with a focus on inclusive education strategies.
Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements with staff, families, and community stakeholders.
Ability to facilitate professional development sessions effectively within educational settings.
Familiarity with school legal knowledge related to licensing requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in early childhood environments.
