Company Overview:
Funny Face Bakery is a fast-growing, pop culture-inspired cookie company known for our
detailed, hand-decorated cookies. We are seeking seasonal part-time decorators and artistically
inclined individuals to join our creative team. Our cookie designs are recognized for their
precision, clean line work, and character.
Position Summary:
As a Cookie Artist / Decorator, you will be responsible for reproducing illustrated designs onto
cookies using piping techniques. You will work under the guidance of the Artist Manager to
maintain artistic consistency and quality. You will also be expected to work at a steady, efficient
pace to complete a designated number of cookies per shift.
Key Responsibilities:
● Use icing bags to accurately replicate illustrated images with clean lines and detail.
● Follow direction from the Artist Manager to meet visual and quality standards.
● Maintain consistent pacing to complete the expected volume of cookies each shift.
● Manage your time effectively to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
● Availability 2–3 days per week (with potential for full-time hours during the holiday
season).
● MUST have prior experience in the field. Such as Pastry decorating, cookie piping or
pastry school
● Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency under time constraints.
● Must be available to work during the holiday season (September – January 1st)
● Steady hand with fast pace
● High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Interview Process:
Applicants invited to interview will be asked to demonstrate basic piping skills using an icingbag. You will be given a sample design to complete, which will help assess your current skill level and comfort with the medium.
Optional:
You are encouraged (but not required) to include examples of your decorating or portfolio with
your application. cake decorating, pastry work or other artistic work.

● $18- $21.00 per hour, based on performance and growth
