No Real Estate License Yet?

If you're ready to pursue a career in real estate, we'll help guide you through the licensing process. We want to invest in your success, so we will reimburse the cost of your approved online pre-licensing courses.

We'll help you understand:

How to obtain your Idaho real estate license
What to expect during the licensing process
How to launch your business after becoming licensed
How to transition from student to successful real estate professional

What You'll Do

Build relationships within your community.
Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process.
Generate and nurture leads.
Attend team meetings, coaching, and training sessions.
Learn contracts, negotiations, pricing strategies, and market knowledge.
Build a referral-based business while leveraging team systems and support.

What We're Looking For

Idaho Real Estate License or a genuine interest in obtaining one.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Professional, dependable, and ethical.
Comfortable using technology or eager to learn new systems.
Passion for helping people and serving your community.
