Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and friendly Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong math skills, including basic math and retail math, to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting other staff members as needed.
- Participate in catering events and other special functions, showcasing our fine dining experience.
- Utilize a POS system to manage orders and inventory.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of food safety and handling practices.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and handling practices.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
