WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A RADIOLOGY SCHEDULER

As a Radiology Scheduler, you'll embark on a dynamic and rewarding daily routine. Expect to start your day by managing patient appointment requests, ensuring accurate scheduling in a fast-paced environment. You'll engage with patients directly, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include verifying insurance information, coordinating with medical staff, and maintaining organized records to support seamless operations. You'll also handle incoming calls and assist with rescheduling as needed, all while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work some Saturdays as necessary.
