Position
ABOUT THE ROLE: Senior Level Accounting Associate

PAY GRADE: $ 75,000 to $85,000/Annually (Depending on Experience)

The Senior Level Accounting Associate will ensure the workflow moves through the firm while

being the main point of contact for the client. The Senior Accountant is process

driven with high attention to detail and has experience working in a professional

office environment. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Work closely with other professional staff to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of service.
Establishes client and firm coordination and relationships to ensure receipt of required information, sign offs, payment etc. for work to proceed efficiently and on time.
Continually improving processes and the workflow of all services.
Management of their computerized workflow management system tasks.
Monitors workflow and report issues. Maintain associated systems in compliance with procedures and processes.
This position will be involved with all aspects of the firm’s operations.
Anticipates, monitors and meets the needs of customers and responds to them in an appropriate manner.
Excellent attention to detail and able to complete work accurately,
Organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks,
Passion for working with people and proven experience in a client-facing role,
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents and situations critically and efficiently,
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite,
Easily adaptable to multiple software programs,
Proven computer skills are required, i.e. data & workflow management knowledge,
Experienced with paperless environments,
Displays each of the following attributes - excellent work ethic / can do attitude / punctual / initiative / outgoing personality / pro-active / attention to detail / organized / self-motivated / finishing what you start.
Customer satisfaction: By using corporate communication process the Senior Level Accounting Associate should maintain a complete customer feedback loop to ensure customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining relationships: With staff, current clients and potential accounting clients.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in administration or accounting

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
