Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food offerings. In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from menu creation to food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of fine dining and catering, and a flair for innovative culinary concepts. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional eager to make a significant impact in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Duties

Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, including supervising staff and fostering a positive work environment.
Develop and refine menus that highlight culinary excellence while considering dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet established standards.
Manage inventory control and food ordering to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and flawless execution.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation practices across all kitchen operations.
Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing schedules, and operational improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management.
Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively.
Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, handling, and inventory management.
Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management with attention to detail.
Experience in banquet service, dietary accommodations, and large-scale food production.
Excellent leadership qualities combined with strong organizational skills for shift management and inventory control.
