Join Our Akron Sales Team at Ohio Business Machines, a DME Company!

Ready to ignite your sales career? Look no further! We are seeking a passionate and driven Territory Account Manager to join our Akron Sales Team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, build meaningful relationships, and drive growth by closing deals and exceeding targets. Compensation:

Fantastic compensation plan with a realistic Year 1 target of $46,000 - $75,000 at plan.
Compensation includes salary, commission, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within a territory for each of the company’s product segments.
Communicate regularly with current and potential customers, overseeing all sales activity within the assigned territory.
Report sales activity via Compass and manage business through this technical platform.
Collaborate frequently with inside support teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage workload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients.
Develop a strong understanding of product segments and their functional capacities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of sales experience.
Competitive, positive attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Professional image and strong business acumen.
Self-motivated with goal-setting capabilities.
Valid driver’s license required.

Position Details:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
In-person meetings and daily prospecting required within the Akron area (depending on the assigned territory).
This is not a remote position.
