Overview:

Join our team as an Office Manager of a dynamic, multi-speciality medical practice. As Office Manager you are responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive, professional environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work evening hours on certain days. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in orthopedics, as these specialties are central to our patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth functioning of both front desk and medical assistant roles.
Supervise front desk, billing, and clinical support teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Monitor schedules, staffing, and patient flow to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and insurance requirements.
Collaborate with providers, department leads, and leadership to meet operational goals.
Conduct team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
Handle patient concerns professionally and proactively.
Ensure cleanliness, professionalism, and throughout the office.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an orthopedic office required.
2+ years of leadership or management experience.
Strong understanding of medical office operations, insurance authorizations, and patient scheduling.
Proficiency in handling cases related to Motor Vehicle Accidents and Worker’s Compensation Injuries.
Proficiency in EMR systems and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Professionalism, punctuality, and kindness is a must.

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, Monday through Friday
Flexible hours depending on office needs
Weekend availability only as needed
Salary based on commensurate experience
Benefits package available after probationary period.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
