Full Job Description

Nicolet Law is seeking a part-time highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations and assist the accounting department. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of multitasking. This position is based out of our office in Hudson, WI.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing daily mail and deliveries
Order and maintain supplies inventory
Be the first point of contact for office visitors and all contractors including HVAC, maintenance, office cleaners, parking, pest control, etc.
Be responsible for office keys, fobs, parking passes
Empty, fill, and run dishwasher and keep office tidy and organized
Assist with any tech needs from the IT department including printer troubleshooting, ink replacement, etc.
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional demeanor, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Able to adjust quickly and effectively to new situations and unforeseen challenges.
Possess a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
2+ years experience in an office environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

Up to 4-hour shift, 1pm-5pm
Tuesday to Friday

Work Location: In person, Hudson, WI
