Full Job Description

We’re an established heavy civil, commercial, and residential sitework, masonry, and paving company with a busy workload, looking to hire an Estimator/Project Manager. Responsibilities may include working with engineers, architects, and owners to determine project specs, preparing timely estimates, attending site visits and pre-bid meetings, helping track bid costs versus actual costs, negotiating contracts, assisting with permits, planning resources and schedules, acquiring and managing equipment and materials, hiring and supervising crews, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in estimating, design, GC, or project management, strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills, plus proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and construction management software. This full-time, year-round position offers health insurance, a 401k with matching, a company vehicle, and paid vacation and holidays. As Estimator and Site Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects on time and on budget.
