Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess some mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and assisting customers in need of roadside assistance. This role requires a combination of driving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and manual transmission vehicles, to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
Load and unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed to ensure safe towing operations.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
Conduct daily inspections of tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, vehicle condition, and any incidents that occur during towing operations.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

Ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models.
Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license; experience with manual transmission is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with towing operations.
Have at least Two years of towing experience, more is preffered.
Ability to pass background screening and live scan fingerprint
Ability to work with local law enforcement rotation
