Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite opportunity with a supportive school district near Rancho Cucamonga, California for the 2026–2027 school year.

35–40 hours per week

Collaborative multidisciplinary team
Supportive district and Special Education department
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor integration, self-care, and functional classroom skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation
Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom accommodations, and intervention strategies to maximize student success
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active California Occupational Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
New graduates with pediatric fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply
