At our privately owned dental practices, our Front Office Coordinators are much more than receptionists. They are the first and last impression our patients have each visit and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while providing outstanding customer service to every patient.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out
Answering phones, responding to texts and emails, and scheduling patient appointments
Managing appointment confirmations and filling openings caused by cancellations
Coordinating communication between patients, providers, insurance companies, specialists, and sister offices
Verifying dental insurance eligibility and explaining patient benefits
Presenting treatment estimates and discussing financial arrangements
Collecting patient payments and processing financing options
Maintaining accurate patient records and electronic charts
Reviewing schedules to maximize provider productivity and minimize downtime
Submitting insurance claims and assisting with claim follow-up as needed
Posting insurance and patient payments accurately
Assisting with patient account questions and collections
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
Working closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and fellow team members to provide an exceptional patient experience

What You'll Bring

Dental front office experience is required.

Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and common dental procedures
Experience verifying PPO insurance benefits and explaining patient financial responsibility
Experience presenting treatment estimates and discussing payment options
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail
A genuine passion for helping patients and providing outstanding service

Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Must be available to travel between our Inland Empire locations as needed.
