Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated PhD or PsyD Fellow in Clinical Psychology to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with a licensed psychologist, assisting with a diverse clinical caseload while gaining valuable supervised experience in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
This position is particularly suited to candidates with a strong interest in clinical psychology and a desire to develop expertise in working with individuals experiencing trauma-related conditions and mood disorders.

We provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy, and consultation services while actively contributing to advancements in psychological research and clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervising psychologist in managing an active clinical caseload.
- Clinical volume: Maintain a productive load of 30-35 clinical hours/week (Individual therapy).
- Conduct clinical interviews, assessments, and psychological evaluations under supervision.
- Participate in treatment planning and case formulation.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions as appropriate and within scope of training.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in case consultations, supervision sessions, and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Support research, program evaluation, and other clinical projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of a PhD/PsyD program in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
- Registered or eligible to work as a Psychological Associate in California.
- Eligible candidates must be seeking postdoctoral supervised hours.
- Strong academic background and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, clinical writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and sensitivity to diverse client populations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with individuals affected by trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, or adverse life experiences.
- Experience assessing and treating mood disorders, including depression and bipolar-spectrum disorders.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Previous clinical practicum, internship, or research experience in mental health settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Software and experience with clinical EHR systems preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.
