Full Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a unified Accounting Manual and financial management system for the clinic network, ensuring accounting practices comply with applicable accounting standards and industry-specific requirements for healthcare.
Review individual clinic financial statements and prepare consolidated financial statements for the group in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.
Liaise with external auditors, coordinate the annual audit process, ensure compliance of financial reporting, and mitigate financial risks.
Establish a comprehensive operational analysis framework for the clinic network based on business realities, covering key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and profitability by period, providing key financial data support for operational management.
Manage cash flow across the clinic network, approve large payment transactions, oversee clinic collection and refund processes, improve cash utilization efficiency, and ensure healthy cash flow for each clinic.
Oversee the full lifecycle financial management of major assets such as medical equipment and laboratory instruments, including procurement evaluation and periodic physical inventory counts.
Manage overall tax compliance, including reviewing various tax filings for each clinic to ensure timely and accurate reporting while mitigating tax risks.
Establish and maintain a robust internal control system, conduct regular financial reviews of clinics to prevent fraud and errors.
Provide guidance, performance evaluations, and professional training to the finance team to enhance overall competency.
Drive the development of financial information systems and optimize financial processes to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Must hold an active US CPA license or have successfully passed the Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR) section and any one other section of the US CPA examination.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 6 years in a financial management role within a chain or group business environment. Experience in the healthcare industry (particularly in chain clinics or IVF clinics) is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and relevant financial and tax regulations.
Familiar with financial control models for chain businesses, with strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-regional teams.
Detail-oriented, principled, and highly professional, with strong business ethics and a commitment to confidentiality.
